Offer: Fixed-Term Postdoctoral Fellow:AUTJob description:Job DescriptionThe School of Communication Studies (SCS) is looking to appoint a full-time* postdoctoral fellow for a period of three years. The purpose of the position is to grow the research capabilities of the School, further develop the research culture of the School, and offer the opportunity for an early career researcher to work alongside leading academics within SCS.Ideally, candidates for the function will meet the following selection Requirements:Selection Requirements » Research activity of the postdoc as judged by the PBRF criteria. » PhD with a track record of publications (candidates should be within five years of completing their doctoral degree) » Proven, or demonstrated excellent potential for, an outstanding publication record. » Excellent oral and written communication expertise. » Demonstrated capability to work as part of a team. » Demonstrated high-level analytical and problem-solving expertise. » Demonstrated capacity to deliver high-quality project results in a timely manner. » knowledge of equity and diversity principles. » Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to attending significant health and safety training. The prosperous applicant will be appointed a manager from within the SCS and be expected to maintain a high-quality program of research during the fellowship period.
