Develop integrated work-breakdown structure, schedule and budget. 2. Continually review and update project plan. 3. Assure project control and adherence to project plan. 4. Assure design for an integrated system. 5. Resolve conflict situations. 6. Remove roadblocks.n the finance industry. 7. Set priorities. 8. Make administrative and technical decisions across interfaces. 9. Solve customer or client problems. 10. Assure that project transition to go live and support model takes place. 11.
