   » They are looking for a Retail Channel Partner Manager for 12 months contract
   » The Chrome OS Go-To-Market (GTM) team plays a critical role in growing the Chrome OS (Chromebook) ecosystem globally by collaborating with a variety of external Chrome OS partners including OEMs, Retailers, and other strategic partners. The team is responsible for setting overall business strategy in key markets, ensuring channel and partner launch readiness, and managing quarterly and long-term business planning. Combining relationship management, strategy, P&L planning, as well as day to day execution, we work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, business development and supply chain to develop the Chrome OS business.
   » In this role as Retail Channel Partner Manager, Chrome OS, you will be responsible for managing relationships and maximising Chromebook sales through key retail channels (stores, call centres, online, other). You will work a third party vendor team to design and deliver channel sell-out programs (e.g. compliance, training, incentives), work with marketing and product teams to optimize the purchase experience (e.g. fixtures, demos, navigation) and manage relationships with field and corporate retailer personnel.
Job responsibilities
   » Develop, build and manage business relationships with retail partners and gain exposure to partners' business initiatives to positively impact platform ecosystem growth. Work with stakeholders to influence sell-out and purchase experience in stores and online.
   » Understand key levers that influence targets, investments, ROI, and retailer engagement.
   » Implement and operationalize new field programs and field execution standards across training, merchandising, assisted selling, mystery shopping, customer experience, and product launches.
   » Develop mechanisms and processes to collect data from several sources, and provide metrics and quality feedback to the business on key opportunities identified and recommendations.

Skill/Experience/Education

MandatoryBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Experience in working within a retailer (eg category buyer) or engaging with retailers Relationship management experience Strong cross-functional collaboration

DesiredExperience in consumer electronics Experience managing or working knowledge of retail P&L
