Senior Facilitators provide leadership abilities and in-depth technical knowledge to support effective inquiry planning and the high-quality delivery of a large programme of complex commission of inquiry work. They lead the facilitation of inquiry proceedings and are relied upon for sound judgement, robust advice and excellent communication by wide a range of stakeholders including the judiciary, Tribunal members, claimants and their counsel. Your excellent planning, project and relationship management expertise will contribute to your success in this exciting and challenging function. Accomplished analytical expertise are required for you to provide authoritative advice to Presiding agents and Tribunal panels all over inquiry proceedings on complex evidential and procedural matters. As a senior member of the team, you will provide positive function-modelling, mentoring and quality assurance. You will also lead productive collaboration with colleagues across the Unit.
