With a diverse clientele spanning architects, designers, artists, developers, and engineers globally, your expertise will be key in translating leads into impactful project outcomes. What you'll need to suceed: » Demonstrated proficiency in design and project coordination within architecture, design, or construction sectors, adept at guiding projects from conceptualisation to realisation while nurturing customer relationships. » Comfortable engaging with client inquiries, showcasing a strong customer-centric approach. » Familiarity with design and sales coordination in construction, design, events, or related fields. » Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively communicating design concepts and » Preferably equipped with a background in design or engineering; familiarity with CAD suites like Solidworks, Revit, AutoCAD, alongside standard Adobe and office software and CRM systems. » Skilled in creative problem-solving within collaborative, cross-disciplinary teams. » Willingness to occasionally assist with physical tasks such as order packing and installations. Core Responsibilities: » Serve as the liaison between design innovation and sales strategy, ensuring seamless integration of creative concepts into effective sales initiatives. » Provide expert guidance to customers, translating their design aspirations into viable solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. » Assume ownership of assigned projects, overseeing their progression from design conception to completion. » Employ a comprehensive approach to project management, meticulously coordinating all project aspects to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. » Provide design support to both internal and external stakeholders, generating and refining design concepts as needed. » Contribute to the development of sales and marketing collateral by providing design insights and visuals as required. » Assist the wider team in responding to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to support the sales process.
