Our client has engaged us to recruit a Senior HR Advisor position which will be a great opportunity to further consolidate your generalist expertise. We may also consider an HR Advisor looking to step up.
This is an exciting opportunity for an practiced HR practitioner with well-rounded HR generalist practiced.

You will be joining the HR Advice and Services team within the wider People and Culture group and this team is highly engaged and work collaboratively to provide exceptional service.

The manager within this team is very supportive and enjoys developing the team; this great leadership abilities style has created a team that is very dedicated. This vacancy (like so many others in the past) is available due to an internal secondment which is a great step up opportunity.

To be prosperous in this function you will have:
   » Strong generalist HR practice including ER advice
   » Proven capability to work alongside managers as a trusted advisor
   » Excellent written communication expertise
   » A solutions-focused mindset and positive attitude
   » Sound judgement and good influencing expertise
