About the function At Colonel's Homestead we offer a unique gourmet practice that dazzles and delights all of our visitors. Our restaurant, which sits on the shores of Walter Peak High Country Farm, is recognised as a unique environment where you will be working alongside and learning from talented and professional chefs, who enjoy sharing their passion for food with others. As Chef you'll assist the large kitchen team to prepare and serve food, and assist in the efficient operation of the kitchen.
