Our client is a leader in security and perimeter protection, looking for a Project Administrator to join their team part-time on a fixed term contract for 4-5 months as their project nears completion. Working with a diverse group of individuals, no two days will be the same as you work on a number of different tasks to assist the Project Manager and wider team.
The Role
This role will see you responsible for a number of different duties including but not limited to:
   » General administration
   » Assisting the Project Manager
   » Ad Hoc duties
   » Attending safety meetings
   » Minute taking
   » Office consumable ordering
About You
   » Prior administrator experience - 3-5 years
   » Knowledge of the construction industry - preferrable
   » Sound computer literacy and experience using the MS Office Suite
   » Strong communication and interpersonal skills
   » Flexibility to work more hours as required
This role offers flexible working hours between 8am - 4pm, there is also the opportunity to increase these hours as the project nears completion.
