Having the natural confidence to take control and pick up new systems quickly will ensure your success in this position. This is a full-time position working Mon-Fri either the early shift 8am-5pm or the late shift 9am-6pm. You will take calls from (predominately) business customers all over New Zealand. Whether it’s a query about a toner or a more serious fault you and the team are on hand to provide top level trouble-shooting advice. You’ll be provided excellent training and all the tools required for the job. The environment, culture and office is great and the direct team you will be working with has a work hard, fun, supportive approach to each other – and two cool Managers.
