Their immediate challenge is to provide support for the people, families and whanau most affected by the housing shortage. They have grown heaps on the past year being a new Ministry and are always looking to grow and progress their employees. The function The organisation is full of positive energy, with high levels of collaboration and a strong will to make a difference to the lives of New Zealanders. Many of the hiring managers are still building their teams and need help identifying and appointing great talent. The Talent Acquisition and HR Advisory team work very closely together and have a number of interesting projects underway, like the implementation of a new HRMIS. In terms of the day-to-day work, this is a true partnership function, working with leaders across a portfolio of business groups to provide end to end recruitment services and strategies for a diverse and interesting range of functions.
