Electronically & safely they store all health records and broadly report from this data, covering areas of people risk within business. 
 
this function is a key element to the smooth running of client relationships, as the Client Account Coordinator you are an important point of contact, day to day you will be anticipating the needs of the clients and best supporting them with any general enquires and service. You will be a keen problem solver with an eye for detail and a confident and approachable attitude. this function can be located in the Auckland central office and can also be done from the comfort of your own home. This is a globally run organisation with a lot of opportunity to develop and grow! 
 
Auckland central location
$25.00 – $27.00 per hour + 8% accruals 
Monday – Friday working hours 
 
What the function involves: 
   » Schedule bookings for preemployment medicals, and annual health monitoring.
   » Record all interactions with candidates to ensure a smooth work flow.
   » Co-ordinate with providers and candidates to ensure Annual Health Monitoring is organised and runs smoothly, ensuring that Account Managers are kept up to date.
   » supervises credit control at a high level to ensure effectiveness – Acts as an escalation point for identified issues with credit control.
   » Complete feedback for Clients following up with providers when required.
   » Prepare annual health monitoring, monthly and quarterly reports as required.
   » Attend and contribute to regular team meetings.
What We are seeking for:
   » Health related practice is advantageous but not required
   » capability to communicate with people at all levels with consideration and respect for ethnicity and cultural diversity
   » Excellent client service capability – to be able to anticipate client needs and exceed them
   » Excellent written and verbal communication expertise
   » capability to work independently and in a team environment.
   » Excellent attention to detail
   » Intermediate computer expertise including Microsoft word, excel and outlook
   » Open clean current drivers licence preferred
