This is a new position developed to ensure we are providing effective delivery of services for clients, to provide insights and advice which will help to continuously improve both our clients’ practice, and their results. Working closely with our Operations, Policy, Legal, Technical and Clinical teams and reporting to the Manager Claims Assessment, the specific focus of this function is on specialist assessments and the flow on to claims management. To be prosperous in this position you will demonstrate the following: » Proven capability to achieve mutually beneficial results, balancing the needs of multiple parties » Demonstrated practice leading and delivering on programmes of work » A sound knowledge of the machinery of government, working crossagencies and within the wider Health and Discapability sector » A strong track record of delivering tangible results in a rapidly changing environment Key expertise will be your knowledge of the workings of media, reputational management, government services and the political environment.
