About the function Are you a dynamic and visionary marketer with a keen knowledge of growth strategies and brand reputation. Due to an internal promotion, we are recruiting! In this function, you will supervise the marketing and student recruitment strategies for the university. You will be a key leader responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our goals and values. Your strategic vision and skills will be instrumental in driving student applications and enhancing our brand and reputation. Your team includes the marketing for domestic and international, student recruitment which includes the national school’s engagement team, inbound enquiry channels and courses counselling services group. You will also supervise and be responsible for recruitment events. Skills and practice You will have: » Sound practice as a marketing strategist and leading large scale marketing campaigns » practice in leading high performing teams » Strategic leadership abilities practice and knowledge of business and strategic planning » Excellent relationship building skills and the capability to work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders » practice with Student Recruitment or sales » A sound knowledge of Ti Tiriti o Waitangi.
