The Job This hybrid function has a combination of finance and admin. The key responsibilities are: Financial » Analysis of performance, cash flow, P&L analysis, investigation and reporting on the difference between reported monthly figure and actual » Providing recommendations to the GM and packhouse leadership abilities team/board » Collating good quality data for analysis » One on one Manager meetings providing insights into budget vs actual for their clients Admin » Process improvement for financial and admin tasks » continuing and transparent communication with management and external stakeholders » Facilitate meetings, tracking and compiling minutes, following up required action points » superviseing admin functions for this business unit » Managing health and safety for the managed orchards division The Ideal Person this function is going to suit someone efficient, whose focused on improvement and enjoys financial reporting. You’ll also be a confident communicator, happy to present finding to senior leadership abilities or external stakeholders. A muck in, roll up your sleeves attitude will fit right in with this team. this function has got some meaty finance stuff, and some straightforward admin too – no job will be too big or small for you. practice in the kiwifruit industry is great, but if you’ve got a strong finance and admin background, we are certainly keen to talk to you.
