You will be the main point of contact for important and valued clients, liaising closely with warehouse staff and company departments to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of product, and a satisfied valued customer. This position has a mid July start date/expectation. this function is best suited to someone who is results focused, but enjoys a small team around you. You will have an excellent phone manner, and a pride in your work every day. The ideal candidate will be systems and computer literate, have some customer service practice, and an knowledge of invoicing and filing. A can-do attitude is essential, as is a passion for customer care.
