Senior Adviser, EngagementJob location:Wellington Wellington Central Work Type: Permanent » » » »Permanent function »$90k - $120k »CBD located An exciting opportunity available as the Senior Adviser Engagement - where you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective engagement and communications plans with stakeholders to ensure that they are well planned, unified and impactful. The function • Develop and deliver partner and stakeholder engagement plans for the projects/programmes. • Develop and deliver communications plans to help ensure cohesion across the organisation, including collateral development, internal websites and leadership abilities support. • Provide top quality written work and other collateral, which will often involve turning complex information into plain English. • Identify emerging engagement opportunities. • Deliver within deadlines and adapt quickly to change. • Apply your sound knowledge of Government decision-making and operating procedures to all activities. • Escalating any issues, or potential issues to the Manager Stakeholder Engagement and significant project/programme managers. • Work closely with the communications and media team to ensure message consistency. expertise & practice • Strong engagement expertise, able to bring disparate groups/people together in constructive conversation • capability to provide leadership abilities in your subject matter across a programme of work • Advanced expertise in writing and editing communications material • capability to balance the needs and perspectives of different audiences. • practice in building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
