You will be expected to provide coordination and administrative service for the Body Sanctum team and General Manager to assist with revenue generation of the Day Spa and The Beauty Lounge. You will participate in sales activities and events and assist the team in prosperous achievement of budget in forecasted revenues in services and retail and other revenue generation areas. You will be expected to create new and exciting products to launch for the business as well as design and create media and collaterals. You will explore and research new areas of growth as well as working alongside management to grow into new areas of business outlined within the company growth strategy. You will maintain and develop existing and new client relationships and partnerships and ensure that the Body Sanctum brand aesthetic is pushed to the highest standard in conformity with our brand guidelines. You will promote the desired work culture around the Winning Ways. Essential expertise Required: GENERAL - Must hold a New Zealand drivers license. - Fluent in written and spoken English. - Eligible to work in New Zealand. - practice in the Beauty & Spa Industry preferable but not essential. - Industry advertising, sales and marketing practice essential, minimum of 2 years industry practice. ADVERTISING, SALES, MARKETING & EVENTS - Adobe Suite software knowledge beneficial - An knowledge of website CMS in order to maintain and update our two websites. - practiced in SEM with an excellent knowledge of Adwords and SEO. - Basic knowledge of Wordpress - Social Media Management expertise and strategy planning across LinkedIn, Facebook Business Manager and Instagram. Must have knowledge of Facebook advertising. - capability to analyze and report back on campaigns. - Annual marketing planning and strategy creation. - Previous practice working with digital and design agencies where outsourcing is necessary. - Must be confident in planning integrated digital marketing campaigns and producing all elements including blog content, copywriting, social media content, website copy, press releases and articles where necessary. - Proficient in Mailchimp and database management to create lists, segments and campaigns. Create monthly newsletters for each business. - Continuous upgrading of systems and operations to streamline the company’s efficiency. - Existing relationships with booking agents and accommodation concierge teams within Queenstown.
