Ko t? m?tou mahi – Our function
The Team Coordinator is a key support in Te Tari o Te Ringa Raup? Office of the Deputy Chief Executive M?ori. The position sits in Te Kurutao, whose function Information technology is to ensure K?inga Ora can fulfil its legislative obligations to protect and enable M?ori interests and aspirations in relation to housing and urban development. The Team Coordinator’s primary focus is on providing broad office administration support, arranging meetings, preparing correspondence and taking meeting minutes.
This is also an exciting opportunity for you to proactively anticipate and strategically prioritise demands, provide advice and coordinate workflows, in order to promote efficiency and effectiveness across Te Tari o Te Ringa Raup? Office of the DCE M?ori.
Ng? p?manawatanga ?u – What you will bring:
   » You’ll have an consciousness of, and ideally competency in, Te Ao M?ori environments, coupled with a recognition of the implications of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its respective interpretations by iwi/hap?
   » Your organisation expertise will be one of your great strengths, coupled with the proactivity and strategic nous to prioritise and multitask in order to deliver to tight timeframes
   » You’ll have excellent communication expertise, both written and verbal, and highly-tuned interpersonal expertise that will bring you success in relationship-building
   » You will be adept in the use of MS Office, with practice of handling purchase orders, budgets, reporting and project coordination.
