Our Napier based client are looking for an experienced HR or Recruitment specialist to join their team in an ongoing part time role.

Our client has a number of internal positions to fill and the HR manager needs assistance to fill a number of Blue Collar roles within the factory. We can offer a minimum of 20 hours per week and sometimes more as the role needs. These 20 hours are pretty flexible for the right candidate so whether thats 3 days a week, 4 or 5 we can discuss whats suitable for you and works for the client.

This could be a great opportunity for someone looking to return to the workforce or for someone who is looking for less hours and more of a work/life balance. Experience in recruitment either through an agency or internally is required.
