You can see more of what we do atwww.mixit.co.nz To succeed in this function you must be a systematic person who pays attention to detail and loves organizational responsibilities and improving systems and processes. You willbe connected to the heart of the mahi and will streamline the wrap around support required to keep our ship sailing on. Key responsibilities will include: » Leading and implementing Mixit's operational framework » Managing and strengthening systems and processes » Core programme logistics » General administration » Facilities management » Management of digital and social media platforms You will also play an active function in core programme delivery by coordinating and engaging with young people, drivers, guest artists, families and community partners. Mixit requires someone who is: » Adept with Information technology and social media platforms » Familiar with a range of software programmes » Familiar with website and data base management » Well-versed with financial management » Able to multi-task and time manage » A great communicator who has a can-do attitude, together with empathy and enjoyment of being around young people and the arts » Prepared to pitch in with the rest of the team to ensure prosperous delivery of programmes leading towards robust results.
