Description: We're looking for Somebody with several years of practice as a professional game designer! You'll need to have enough expertise to be comfortable jumping into an established project that's been live for a number of years. The work is highly collaborative, meaning that you'll be working closely with the rest of the design team and our other departments, frequently performing design reviews and providing feedback. Due to Covid-19 travel and immigration restrictions, candidates must currently be living in New Zealand. We are able to assist with work visas. Tasks and Job responsibilities: » Lead the creation of new features, maps, game modes, and other in-game content. » Create and maintain design documentation, including feature specification and implementation guidelines. » contact with the art and programming departments to ensure robust knowledge of implementation details. » Work with the community management department to facilitate internal and external playtesting, including collating and analysing feedback and data. » Regularly take part in design reviews, both offering and responding to feedback from your peers. » Be a part of both a department and studio team, actively seeking to develop a method of communicating that is understandable to those outside of your immediate department.
