The Requirement
We have a contract opportunity available for an HR or legal professional with depth of practice in employee relations to assist a human resources team during a generally very busy period within the organisation. Information technology is anticipated that the contract period will be for six months. The function You will provide support to the HR leadership abilities team with the investigation of various disciplinary matters up to serious misconduct level and provide advice on what is needed to progress the case load. Ideally you will have solid practice in complex ER case work and have dealt with bullying investigations and medical incapacity. You will have a strong knowledge and working knowledge of the Employment Relations Act, and other related legislation, and preferably have practice in large, complex, and unionised environments.
