Pae Ora (M?ori and Equity Group) is currently going through change, so you will be key to supporting their transition to a new operating model for ACC and our kaimahi (our people). You will work directly with the business and across the Talent Group to drive initiatives that will improve the employee practice, increase leadership abilities capcapability, improve our cultural competence and enable strong organisational performance.
