You will be the first point of contact for the public, where you will have the opportunity to give immediate assistance and make a real impact on the lives of everyday Kiwi's through in depth and engaging conversations with clients.

Hours of work
Full-time (37.55 hours per week)
The current Contact Centre's hours of operation are:
   » Mondays to Fridays, 7.00am to 6.15pm, and
   » Saturdays, 8.00am to 2.00pm. (Saturdays are rotational, and you will only work one Saturday every few weeks).
We work on a no surprises basis and will ensure that you will know your scheduled shifts well in advance.
Key recruitment process information

   »income starts $54,707.00 per annum, with yearly pay and progression.
   » Candidates must hold NZ Citizenship or a Permanent Resident visa at time of application.
