Together we want to see all wh?nau in T?maki thriving. About the function E Tipu E Rea Wh?nau Services is growing and has an exciting opportunity for a Fundraiser to join the team and provide the financial advice and skills that will support the next stage of E Tipu E Rea's development The function is part-time, 3-year fixed-term contract. The position will need to develop fundraising programs to meet our fundraising goals all over the year. Particularly in the area of housing. Fundraiser responsibilities include applying for funding applications, leading promotional activities, developing a donor base, and maintaining relationships with current donors. This will include: •Develop fundraising event/promotions to help raise money and grow our regular givers all over the year • Maintain records of donors for annual outreach efforts • Developing and maintaining processes/policies around fundraising • Organize campaigns that will lead to donations • Promote our E Tipu e Rea brand and organisation • Complete funding applications • Writing reports What are we looking for? A significant degree in either communications, business public relations, or journalism, Degrees in other subjects also may be acceptable. practice working in a Kaupapa M?ori environment, and an knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi is highly valued.
