Are you an practiced Microsoft 365 professional? We have a great opportunity for an practiced IM professional looking to leverage existing practice in the information and records management space in M365, Microsoft SharePoint and the Microsoft Compliance Centre.

With ACC, you’ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen. We are transforming the way ACC views and manages its digital information assets, initially in the Microsoft space. We are introducing records management done ‘below the waterline’ using intelligent classifiers and related functionality, with little to no need for end-users to provide metadata as per the traditional EDRMS model. We want to hear from you if you are qualified and/or practiced in IM and particularly records management in Microsoft SharePoint. We are especially interested if you are trained in/have practice with information and/or records management using the Microsoft 365 Compliance Centre and other M365 apps including SharePoint and Teams to deliver business value and manage information risk. The function also includes some legacy information management and library support activities.
What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function:
   » Proven practice configuring, implementing, designing, supporting, and reporting in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and other M365 tools or equivalent.
   » practice in Microsoft 365 Compliance Centre configuration and administration.
   » practice with workflow automation tools, such as Microsoft Flow or PowerApps
   » Qualifications or practice in records management, information management, library content management
   » Excellent stakeholder management skills
   » Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
