As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for: Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. Overseeing nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and training. Monitoring and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, ensuring the highest levels of care and safety for residents. Developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Fostering positive relationships with residents and their families, addressing their concerns and providing support as needed. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and quality enhancement, working closely with the leadership team. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: Current New Zealand nursing registration Proven experience in aged care nursing Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards in aged care. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. A commitment to promoting the dignity and well-being of elderly residents.
