Are you an practiced administrator looking for your next challenge? We have 3 permanent Team Administrator functions commencing ASAP! Looking for candidates with previous administration/office practice who have the capability to hit the ground running.
   » Permanent Team Administrator function
   » $55K - $57K depending on practice

We are currently looking for candidates for opportunities for mid - high level Team Administrator functions! this function requiers an excellent level of customer service, high level of administration and coordination abilities. This is a very busy function with a wide variety of day to day tasks and tasks.
Day to Day:
   » High-level customer service and internal/external stakeholder engagement
   » Administration - email management, diary management and attending meetings  
   » System savvy and capability to pick up a specific systems management
   » Answering and directing phone calls  
   » Using the MS Office Suite at intermediate level and above
The ideal candidate will have proven practice in these tasks as well as a flexible working style and strong initiative.
