Job Offer: Kaitohutohu – M?t?mua Kaitaonga / Lead Procurement Advisor:TeTauraWhiriJob description:Job DescriptionLead Advisor Procurement - Partime (30 hours per week)As the Lead Advisor Procurement, you will be expected to manage all procurement life cycles, provide sound advice and support to the business all over the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring procurements are sound, represent good value-for-money and align with the wider strategic objectives of Te Taura Whiri i te Reo M?ori and All of Government Procurement Rules. You will also be expected to support others in the team to deliver procurement activity of high value, complexity and/or risk. You will become a valued member of Finance and Admin, a small, supportive and welcoming team that values agility, togetherness, enrichment and authenticity, with continuing opportunities for career development. Finance and Admin is a team that will give you the opportunity to take ownership in shaping the procurement space in this standalone function. About You To be sucessful for this function, you will have 4-5 years practice and sound technical knowledge significant to procurement management, with a strong knowledge of each stage in the overall procurement process. You will be professionally skilled in presenting complex information to a range of audiences. You will also relate well to all kinds of people and effectively be able to manage relationships horizontally and vertically across the organisation as well as relationships with external stakeholders. Ideally you will already have a level of proficiency in te reo M?ori and knowledge of tikanga M?ori however if you are just a starter on that journey, and l have a availability to learn, we still welcome your application.
