Job Opportunity: Interior/exterior Service Attendant:Job description:Interior/exterior Service AttendantPayment: Paid Position ($24-28)Job location: Mangawhai Region: Northland & Bay of Islands practice: No practice Necessary Listing Added: 27/06/2022 We are seeking for enthusiastic, and motivated individuals to join our housekeeping team prior to our official public opening in October 2022. As a housekeeping attendant, you will be a part of each guest’s luxury practice at Te Arai Links. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding service and going above and beyond.. If you have an exceptional eye for detail and good time management expertise, this position could be a great opportunity for you. Responsibilities tasks shall include, but are not limited to: · Day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of all guest accommodations as instructed – both front and back of house. Detailed deep cleaning of all areas as required. · Work within the housekeeping team and demonstrate the property’s aspiration to deliver friendly and personable service with attention to detail. · Be fully conversant with the day-to-day running and the everyday procedures and tasks required of the Housekeeping / Rooms teams and ensure consistency and compliance with operational standards and procedures. · Behave professionally and appropriately when dealing with members and guests (and their belongings) and respond to any guest request in a prompt and professional manner. · Ensure that all back of house and preparation work is accomplished and that all cleaning of equipment and storage areas are completed according to schedule. · contact with managers to ensure stock levels are maintained at appropriate levels and are correctly stored. · Ensure housekeeping product, equipment and chemicals are used and stored in a correct and cost- effective manner. Qualifications · Any practice is advantageous however full training will be provided. · Clean current full driver license · Eligibility to work in New Zealand Personal Attributes · Excellent organisational and time management expertise · Fluent English – excellent written and verbal communication expertise · Superb guest service and teamwork * Couple are welcome to apply.
