About the function:
We are pursuing an practiced Business Analyst to work on a ServiceNow implentation.  You will be gathering detailed business requirements for the ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Request) from the business that will interact with the ServiceNow system.
About you:
   » Senior Business Analyst
   » Document detailed requirements with gap analysis against current processes already baselined for ServiceNow development
   » Assist the project with creating a expertise management taxonomy and article creation process in the ServiceNow system
   » Assist the project to collate communications and reporting from the ITSM processes so that Information technology can be validated and cleansed for ServiceNow use  
   » Have great organisational expertise
   » Be collaborative, open and flexible
   » To be considered for this function you need to be in New Zealand and legally entitled to work
