Financial Services are undergoing legislative change to lift the standards of professional advice. Support is required through a transitional period to get Advisors up to speed. There will be 2 learning pathways (largely online): 1.Full qualification Level 5 NZQA- 5 papers over 9 months 2. Recognition of prior learning- 1 paper and competency located assessment over 4 months The L&D Manager holds a coaching session weekly with senior Managers across the business and coordinates the course attendance , and manages the communications programme, manages queries and expectations, contacts with very senior level Managers.
