The function This is a full-time Information technology Helpdesk position working Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. You will take calls from business and residential customers all over New Zealand. Whether it’s a query about a toner or a more serious fault you and the team are on hand to provide top level trouble-shooting advice. You’ll be provided excellent training and all the tools required for the job. The Ideal Person The right person for this function and team will have: • Strong customer service expertise, previous call centre/IT helpdesk practice • Someone whose not scared to pick up the phone – you’ll be taught all about the technology • An excellent phone manner and can do attitude • An eagerness to lgain and prove themselves in this large Information technology environment • Good banter and enjoy a laugh If this sounds like you, please send your CV to Liz Beckett by clicking apply now.
