Warehouse Forklift OperatorJob location:Bay of Plenty Tauranga Work Type: Temporary » » » » Wage increases once you’re fully trained. » Mt Maunganui location, 4 on 4 off shifts, days and nights » Great culture that fosters developing their people The Employer: Our client is one of New Zealand’s leading food manufactures. They are an innovative, reputable and fun company to work for located in Mount Maunganui. The factory has top quality machinery and many automated processes – innovation is at the forefront of their entire manufacturing operation. About the function: » You will be working in the packaging and distribution area working in a team environment » You will be responsible for coding and loading boxes and moving packaged goods using a forklift. » 4 on, 4 off shift rotation: you will work 6am-6pm for 2 days, then two nights per rotation, then you’ll have 4 days off. About you: » Current Forklift endorsement or OSH cert required » practice using a forklift required, and you must be confident in your expertise » practice with a Reach Forklift preferred » You have a good attitude and take initiative – you care about doing a good job. » You are reliable and have strong work ethic » Sense of humor and team player. » Be fit and healthy and able to lift 25kg » The capability to work well under pressure and unsupervised » Good communication expertise On Offer: » Thorough and supportive training process » Sound health and safety policies » Subsidised health insurance » Company superannuation » Potential to develop and be promoted witnin the company if you are motivated by career progression and income.For the right person, this could be your next long-term career!
