As a passionate Team Leader you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver quality customer practices and results.

ACC is shifting the ways we work with our clients to deliver significant support and guidance to over two million people recovering from accident or injury each year.
As a Recovery Partner Mental Injury Team Leader, employed in our Operations function, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team who partner with clients who require a one to one relationship due to their intensive or broad needs for as long as they need it. You will work in partnership with clients with complex physical, mental health (largely comprised of claims resulting from sexual violence or abuse) and/or individual needs to provide holistic support during the most critical parts of their recovery.

You will be a visible and available Team Leader -someone who will engage and motivate and ensure everyone is delivering a positive customer practice. You will do this through a focus on coaching and mentoring, as a team and individually, and by providing support to your team to ensure their success.

The indicative income sits between $78,468 and $94,088. but this is dependent on your expertise and practice.Additional to the base incomewe also provide ACC’s 9% superannuation contribution.
