They are currently looking for an Identity & Access Management Analyst to support their clients in a 6 months contract role. The successful candidate will support the IAM team by providing specialist advice to ad hoc requests, project activities and risk mediation activities. Key responsibilities: » Assist with activities to the enhancement of Role Based Access models (privileged and non-privileged) » Review processes and make suggestions for more cost-effective solutions » Build relationships with key stakeholders to establish clear requirements and expectations » Provide subject matter expert knowledge and guidance throughout the process » Facilitate the resolution of relevant complaints and/ or act upon escalations in a timely manner » Work with project teams to ensure customer satisfaction » Deliver privileged access provisioning/deprovisioning for the non-production environments » Make recommendations for process improvements and automation based upon strategic and subject matter expert knowledge of processes. » Support the IAM Team to deliver internal audit remediation requirements on time and ensure operational risks are remediated » Support the Security & IAM team with Business Unit & IS Governance reporting, Administration and IS and IAM processes » Support the Security & IAM team to be a high performing team and align behaviours to ANZ values » Proactively identify personal capability development requirements and work with line manager to develop » Comply with relevant Group policies, frameworks and standards » Align and adhere with ANZ Information Security and Technology Strategy, policies, processes and standards and with external regulatory requirements » Manage and operate systems securely to protect customers and staff » Take a 'no surprises' approach to identifying and managing risks and issues The ideal candidate: » Comprehensive knowledge of IAM & Security policy, controls, concepts and regulatory requirements » Proven ability to use initiative and be persistent in addressing issues » Self-starter with ability to work independently without supervision » Strong communication skills (written and verbal) » Technical knowledge of Active Directory This role offers competitive remuneration and an opportunity to join a highly innovative and dynamic company.
