We are seeking for a motivated person to join us to help anchor Te Ao M?ori in how we work and ensure our projects reflect M?ori aspirations and world view.
You’ll lead our engagement with M?ori stakeholders, deliver practical projects that will make a real difference to Aotearoa, and lead the development of the group’s capcapability to work for and with M?ori and to anchor Te Ao M?ori in how we work.
Almost everything we do within the Justice Sector involves and influences behaviour. Whether it’s encouraging people to attend Court, supporting people to adhere to their pafunction conditions, or trying to prevent crimes from happening.
The Behavioural Science Aotearoa team work collaboratively with multiple Justice Sector Agencies to understand those who work within and interact with the Justice system, and drive service and policy design that accounts for the ways that people behave and make decisions.

We are seeking for Somebody with:
   » Excellent knowledge of tirohanga M?ori and the M?ori world view
   » Strong capability to engage in tikanga M?ori
   » practice building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships (in particular with M?ori)
   » Excellent written and oral communication expertise
practice working in either an operational, policy, research or analysis function is desirable but not essential. Familiarity with te reo is desirable but not essential.

The Behavioural Science Aotearoa team is Wellington located, however the prosperous candidate could be located outside of Wellington (with some regular travel to Wellington).
