They are searching for an amazing Account Manager to join their team and bring an enthusiastic approach to this position. About the function: this function is in an exciting fast-paced environment where you will be an Account Manager for the Auckland Office. You will be engaging with the entire team, internal and external stakeholders of the business and client portfolio. Some responsibilities will include: • Having a proactive approach to supporting the entire Auckland team • If required, supporting clients to make online bookings, including technical support and analysis • Ensuring all client contracts are prepared in advance and are accurate • Representing the team when required in meetings, phone calls, or promotional events • Ensuring your client base is managed to the up most professional standards, providing travel analysis reports on purchasing and market behaviours ensuring they are getting the best deals expertise and practice • Have previous practice in travel (Airlines, Hotels or Travel) • Have account management practice (2 years) • Excellent communication and management expertise • Be practiced in Microsoft office suite • Be highly organised and have great time management expertise • Have good negotiation expertise • Be able to manage and create relationships with internal and external stakeholders What’s in Information technology for you? • Working in the house opportunities, work life balance! • Up to $110k located on practice • Monday to Friday – Weekends off!
