They require the skills of an analytically minded person with great communication skills who understands the shipping industry. This person does not need to be an expert on imports but be proficient with 3PL transition. The successful person would be working with the NZ Territory team, Australian based sales, Operations, Supply chain and Finance so being organized, and able to prioritise is a necessity. You would be the support to the Sales team with customer queries, accounts, orders and issue resolutions. You should also be experienced with monitoring stock, maintaining inventory reports and tracking shipments. Shipping invoices and the communication between agents is another key area in this role. If you have BC365 knowledge this would be advantageous, and possess strong problem solving skills. There could also be the opportunity to work on projects, so understanding Microsoft Office Suite is important. You should be a NZ Citizen or a Permanent Resident, have a full NZ Drivers Licence, no criminal history, and be fully vaccinated.
