You will need to have a strong expertise in freight forwarding along with building excellence in customer relationship management. tasks include; » Active part in all H&S processes to meet legislative requirements » Monitoring the collection of all required documentation for export orders » Working under pressure with deadlines » Proficient in all Microsoft programmes » Manage Profit and Loss reconciliation of Data » Front to end freight forwarding from Liaising with Shipping Lines, consignment’s to all customs authority’s, Transport Companies along with all customers by monitoring all shipment pick up status’s. » Customer specific KPI’s » Data Entry and processing of data in system » Increasing brand consciousness by customer satisfaction Forging and maintaining relationships will be essential in this function, as will your organisational expertise.
