This full-time position reports to the General Director and sits on the Senior leadership abilities Team. We are seeking for a collaborative and lateral thinking person with the following attributes and expertise: » Music degree or equivalent training / practice » broad practice and in-depth expertise of the opera repertoire » Well organised with the capability to manage an administrative workload with competing priorities » Proven track record in managing people and resources » expertise and practice of coaching and casting artists » practiced collaborative pianist » Flexible and adaptable » Excellent interpersonal expertise If you are a music professional with broad practice in opera, we would love to hear from you.
