About the Opportunity We are seeking a strong experienced people leader to manage our Penrose branch, this is a role for someone who not only enjoys leading and empowering others to be the best they can be but also someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in with their team and fill those job orders or answer the phones when the pressure is on. You will be a strategic thinker, with an ability to future proof the strategy for your branch; ensuring we are ahead of the game when it comes to market intel, talent sourcing and mapping, troubleshooting and managing multiple client solutions. Although this branch is one of four in Auckland, it is the only branch that is dedicated and focussed on delivering to the Civil and Construction industry, and with a very strong client base to service and a talent pool of 200+ trade qualified and skilled employees, you will have a solid and well-appointed foundation to continue the development and growth of our vision for our New Zealand business. To succeed and hit the ground running you will have prior experience in the Civil & Construction Industry, either from within the recruitment industry or direct from the industry itself.
