The function
You will manage the customer service team of three and is located in Tauriko. The function includes:
• Managing the workload of the customer service team; who are taking calls from customers and coordinating the workload of drivers
• Leading, developing and coaching the team; optimising productivity, cross-training, target setting, future planning
• Liaising with the accounts (in Auckland)
You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager and Operations Manager on optimising the operational efficiency for the business. The function is Mon – Fri 7.30am or 8am to 5pm.
The Right Fit
The right person for this function will be proactive, practical, who is a natural people leader – and has proven practice too. You may have worked for a larger call-centre and are looking for somewhere your value is utilised or another function where you’ve managed a small team before. The team are down to earth and enjoy a laugh, so will suit someone similar.
