Opportunities to travel around the NZ wider teams is available. About the function: A fresh opportunity for Somebody with Team Leader practice within the Electrical and/or Solar industry. Take ownership of your function, whilst supporting the larger team to ensure the day-to-day projects and jobs run smoothly and are completed within the specific time frames. this function involves working on site around the Auckland area. This company has a strong focus on the culture and wellbeing of their staff, so strong leadership abilities expertise to bring the team along with the journey is required. You will be: » practice with training and development is a must as you will be supporting the apprentice » Conducting pre installations checks » Allocating Electrical resources to ensure Job completion across all centres » Opportunity to progress into a management function » Excellent Customer Service management » Working onsite with the team to ensure the job is being completed to the highest standard.
