The function My client is on the hunt for a people and capcapability advisor to join the people and capcapability team. This is a busy function where you will be part of a small skilled and dynamic team dealing with generalist work – No two days will be the same. tasks • Generalist HR tasks • Providing advice and promoting effective people and performance practices by coaching managers in people management tools and approaches. • Support Managers within their workforce capcapability • Working with the health, safety, and wellbeing team expertise & practice • Completed or working toward a qualification in HR, or significant equivalent practice • 2 years working in a generalist HR coordinator or Administration function • Desirable; 1-2 years in a People and Capcapability Advisor position • An knowledge of NZ employment law What’s on Offer?
