Project AdministratorLocation Auckland CentralAuckland Job type Full Time Salary to Category Administration > Administration » » » Our client is pioneering technology leader that works closely with utility, industry, transportation and infrastructure customers to write the future of industrial digitalisation and realise value. Due to the growing of project, our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to support the Project Manager in the execution of projects and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets. The role is based in Auckland CBD with amazing team and people for 12 months contract with possibility to extend. Main Accountabilities: 1. Planning and scheduling Supports the Project Manager in all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans. 2. Project execution and control Ensures that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policies. Effectively monitors and controls project progress. Supports monitoring and controlling project financials, including preparation of project financials for upload to the business system. Maintains the project Document Control System. Responsible for management, issuance, and receipting of project documentation. Ensures project documentation used for design is always at the latest revision. Effectively monitors and manages project risk. 3. Contract, claims and procurement management Supports the Project Manager to ensure that the project consistently applies contract, claims, and variation management, in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements. Coordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. Supports Supply Chain Management in negotiations, claims and project changes. 4. Stakeholder relations Acts as support contact for the customer. Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders. Supports the requirements of the project team members, including project site engineers. 5. Health, safety and environment (HSE) Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies. Education, Knowledge, Skills, Experience: Experience of working in a project environment, across multiple projects concurrently, including: · Experience with project scheduling · Experience with managing project costs and budgeting · Highly experienced in all aspects of MSOffice, including Word, Excel, and Project · Previous experience using SAP in a project environment · Understanding of Risk Management principles would be advantageous If it sounds like you , please send me your updated Cover Letter and CV: jnguyen@adecco.co.nz for a confidential chat Adecco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
