Your skills will be used on projects across all clients and industries from design, project management, installation and maintenance of machine centres and equipment. The key factors include: • Working on your own or with a team - being capable of running projects • General electrical maintenance practice • A solid background in motor wiring and controls • Break downs and fault finding - timely repairs to ensure minimal downtime • Reading schematics and knowledge components • Joining an “On Call” roster • Computer literacy The ideal candidate will: • Be a NZ qualified and Registered Electrician and hold a current practicing licence • Have practice in industrial maintenance work • Be able to work unsupervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices • Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to ensure quality workmanship • Have a clean full NZ drivers’ licence • Be an all-round good bugger!
