About the function: If you are looking for a fast paced, busy function that will give you the opportunity to develop your career, then this is the function for you! You will be responsible for: • Leading the development, implementation, and assessment of an Individual Giving programme, working towards targets • Represent fundraising and funding • contact with programme delivery organisations, developing impactful content • Working collaboratively with the director of Philanthropy and Impact • Develop and Implement Individual giving plans both traditionally and digitally • Manage all donor communications, Gift in Wills and speciality events What’s required to succeed in this function: We are on the lookout for a passionate candidate who wants to work for an organisation that makes a difference! If you are currently working in the fundraising space and are looking for a change, then this is a function you should consider! • Come from a fundraising background • Is highly organised, is self-motivated and has a positive – can do attitude. • Have great initiative, be proactive and be a fast learner • practice in managing client relationships • practice in using a CRM in a fundraising environment • practice in sales and marketing and event management • A working knowledge of Enabling Good Lives and its principle What’s in Information technology for you!
