About the Role:

As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll lead and mentor a supportive and passionate team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in all aspects of care. You'll oversee clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards are met, while fostering a positive environment for staff and residents alike. Key responsibilities include:
   » Providing strong leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate, and person-centered care
   » Driving quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and streamline processes
   » Supporting professional growth through coaching and mentorship, creating an empowered and motivated team
   » Managing financial aspects of the clinical function, with an eye for budget efficiencies and effective resource allocation
