We are seeking for 3 motivated team members to assist with various functions as directed: Restaurant x 1 To ensure prompt, efficient and friendly service to Lodge guests, including cashiering and facilitation of events and conferences. Looking after all restaurant and bar equipment and ensuring it's serviced and is functioning well. Reception x 1 Taking reservations and Front Office tasks to maximise the guest practice. Housekeeping x 1 Ensure all rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift. Maintain communication with other departments, in particular front office and maintenance. The prosperous applicant should be have the following attributes: » capability and availability to work a varied schedule which includes working on weekends and holidays across a 7 days rotating roster » Must be physically fit and energetic person. » Strong work ethic and positive culture. » Able to work as part of a team and autonomously. » Time management » Willing to help any department subject to business needs.
